Thai Festival Banquet Dinner at ZINC@Federation Square as part of the Melbourne Food & Wine Festival with a 3 course dinner prepared by Craig Hicks, Executive chef of the Hotel Windsor. Craig has had a number of executive chef positions in Asia including 3 years at the Mandarin Oriental in Bangkok. .Also featuring entertainment direct from Thailand including Thai Dance, Thai Music and a Thai Silk Fashion Show

Please be advised of the cancellation of the Thai Festival BANQUET dinner on 2 March at 7.30pm at Zinc at Federation Square featuring the Hotel Windsor's Executive Chef Craig Hicks. The Hotel Windsor deeply regrets that due to circumstances beyond their control Craig is unable to present the dinner. The organisers apologise for any inconvenience caused by this cancellation.
